ABB picks up 51 per cent in Mumbai firm

[Details] Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) has acquired a 51% equity stake in Mumbai-based Lenzohm Electrical Engineering with the aim of enhancing its ``service'' profile in the country. The new company will be called ABB Lenzohm Service.

Centre asked to come clean on DTH purchase

[Details] The Delhi high court on Friday asked the Central government to make its position clear on whether the applications for purchase of direct-to-home (DTH) equipment would be processed quickly or not. The bench comprising justice AB Saharya and SN Kapoor described the affidavit filed by the assistant wireless advisor to the government, S Venkatasubramanian, as "full of innuendoes".
