Goodlass Nerolac to set up auto paints unit in Chennai

[Details] Goodlass Nerolac Paints (GNPL), the Rs 400-crore paint major will set up an automotive paint unit in Chennai through GNP Madras Ltd, its 100% subsidiary. It will cater to the requirements of Mahindra Ford, Hindustan Motors and Hyundai Motor India, among others.

Kalyani group strikes alliance with Teksid for castings joint venture

[Details] Teksid, the 100% subsidiary of Fiat and the world's largest castings manufacturer, has joined hands with the Kalyani group to make castings in India. The partners would contribute equally to the equity of the project estimated at Rs 100 crore.
