The far from being the shining stars the MNC stocks will be the laggards of the market in the years to come. Before we look at why things are to be so let us look at the past history of MNC stocks.

[Details] Now that real estate prices in places like Mumbai are getting down to earth, it may be the right time to buy a flat. The bad news: those who already have put in money to book flats earlier have no way out of their expensive involvements. Reason: many investors who did likewise at exorbitant prices at the height of the boom are refusing to pay up now. Builders are, therefore, doing their own version of the go-slow and not handing over property.
