Bank of Rajasthan approaches CRB borrowers to fish out dues

Bank of Rajasthan has approached borrowers of the CRB Group directly to recover its funds. The bank has to recover Rs 7.15 crore, including interest, from the CRB Group, given in different stages.

Shivaji Works to issue preference shares to Kirloskar Oil

The board of directors of Shivaji Works Ltd, a Kirloskar group company, has decided to issue 12% redeemable cumulative convertible preference share of Rs 10 each not exceeding Rs 50 crore on private placement basis to Pune-based Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd.

Bata sales up 16% in Jan-May period
