Negative export growth baffles experts

[Details] The negative export growth in double digits in April this year has virtually shaken senior officials in the Union commerce ministry as well as the finance ministry. The exporting community has expressed serious doubts about achieving the $40 billion export target set for the 1997-98 fiscal.
