SEBI to probe possible systems failure

The SEBI board has directed the market regulator to find whether any failure in the system led to the multi-crore CRB scam and suggested remedial measures to prevent recurrence of similar scams in the future.

Registrars association wants listing agreement amended

The Registrars Association of India (RAIN) has proposed that the listing agreement of stock exchanges be amended to include a clause that the issuer guarantee payment to the registrar and transfer agent or that the exchange obtain a no-objection certificate from the registrar at the time of acceptance of annual listing fees.

Hyderabad SE threatens to suspend Natco Pharma
