Panel to vet Pinto proposals on shipping sector reforms

[Details] An empowered committee is to be constituted by the government soon, consisting of members from Union finance ministry and Union surface transport ministry. This panel is specially being formed to look into recommendations made by the Pinto committee on the national policy of shipping.
