Four fertiliser projects likely to be commissioned in '97-98

[Details] As many as four major fertiliser projects of capacity addition are scheduled to be commissioned during 1997-98, adding capacity of over seven lakh tonnes of fertiliser nutrients, said Union minister for chemicals and fertilisers M Arunachalam.

Feasibility report to decide Tamil Nadu minor ports' fate

[Details] The Delhi-based Consulting Engineering Services Pvt Ltd (CES) will be conducting a detailed techno-economic feasibility study for developing Cuddalore or Cheyyur, and Colachel as minor ports. This follows the finalisation of the bids for conducting the studies by the Tamil Nadu Corporation for Industrial Infrastructure Development.
