Indal joins hands with three Alcan arms to market alumina chemicals

[Details] Indian Aluminium Company, the Indian associate of the US$ 8-billion Canadian major Alcan, has joined hands with three Alcan subsidiaries for a common global strategy to market special alumina chemicals.

Telco to raise Rs 345 crore via CPs, debentures

[Details] Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company will raise roughly Rs 345 crore via commercial papers and non-convertible debentures shortly to meet its capital expenditure. The company plans to raise Rs 300 crore through CPs and another Rs 34.35 crore through the NCD route.
