The court, however, stipulated that DoT will not grant a final licence till next date of hearing. Manohar Joshi may reshuffle cabinet before March 16 Describing it as a "change in portfolios rather than a cabinet re-shuffle," chief minister Manohar Joshi on Thursday said the "shuffle" would be effected before the state assembly meets for the budget session on March 16. Acharya added that the ministry was in favour of allowing import of oilseeds under OGL on par with the permission given for the import of edible oil.
