Hoechst Marion Rousell may make royalty payment to parent
The Rs 382-crore Hoechst Marion Roussel may consider making royalty payments to its German parent on specific new pharmaceutical products launched in the domestic market. If the move materialises, this will probably be the first time that the Indian subsidiary sees a royalty outgo since its formation in the country.

Voltas pares net losses, skips dividend
The Tata group diversified company Voltas Limited has announced marginally lower net loss and skipping of dividend. It has also procured its board's approval to spin off its white-goods division into a joint venture with a multinational corporation. It is learnt that the company may end up with a minority stake in the proposed joint venture.
