DCM Consolidated plans Rs 40-cr preference issue
The Ajay-Vikram Shriram controlled DCM Shriram Consolidated plans to come out with a Rs 40-crore preference share issue. The shares, having a face value of Rs 100 each, are being issued to meet the company's working-capital requirements.
