Reliance unveils round-the-clock hospital for accident victims
Reliance Industries (RIL) on Thursday opened its 82-bed state-of-the-art hospital at Lodhivali, near Patalganga. The hospital is dedicated to providing free, round-the-clock trauma care like stabilisation to accident victims on the accident prone Mumbai-Pune highway.
BHEL '97-98 bottomline shoots up to Rs 720 cr on back of sales spurt
Bharat Heavy Electricials has recorded a profit after tax of Rs 720 crore on a turnover of Rs 6,471 crore during 1997-98.During 1997-98, BHEL registered a profit before tax of Rs 1,022 crore and during the current year, the company has secured orders worth Rs 5,853 crore.
Hindustan Antibiotics plans to lease its gentamycin units
The ailing public-sector Hindustan Antibiotics is looking out for a lease arrangement for its gentamycin facilities. The company is on the lookout for an arrangement similar to its proposed tie-up with Searle, the RPG group company.
