Unit Trust seeks Sorabjee's opinion on HLL insider trading case
Stung by the rap from the Mumbai high court, the Unit Trust of India (UTI) has sought an opinion from the attorney general of India, Soli Sorabjee, on its next step in the Hindustan Lever insider trading case. The Trust has been given an oral opinion by the attorney general and a written one is expected to be received shortly.
Hyundai Motor India mulls exporting Atos to Korea
Hyundai Motor India (HMIL) is evaluating the possibility of exporting the fully-built Atos from its manufacturing facility near Chennai to feed the Korean market which has a waiting period as high as six months, Hyundai Motor Company chairman Chung Mong Gyu said.
Citigroup sees Q3 net down by 50%
