Internet policy
The final draft of the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) policy is likely to be announced in the near future. The policy would be revolutionary in the sense that private ISPs would be allowed to enter the sector thereby ending VSNL's monopoly. Hitech Drilling; waning growth rates
The results for the second quarter ended September 30, 1998, from Hitech Drilling showed what the future growth prospects of the company really were. On a year-on-year basis, the revenues from operations increased by 53 per cent from Rs 38.67 crore to Rs 81.74 crore.
