Buyback guidelines impractical, say analysts
The guidelines for companies buying back their own shares issued earlier this week by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) are impractical, inadequate and incomplete, say analysts. The new SEBI guidelines are too restrictive and would not please corporate captains, argue capital market experts.
