VSNL out to chart new course, plans to disinvest shares only in paperless form

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is kicking off mandatory rolling settlements in scrips with 100% demat settlement from June next year.
Dematerialisation level crosses 90 per cent
Even as the market waits with bated breath for the January 4 deadline when the first 100% demat settlement goes through in the Indian markets, figures indicate that in most of the 12 securities, more than 90% of the delivery coming in for settlement is in demat form.
