Tata Industries privately places exchangeable premium bonds
Tata Industries has privately placed Rs 100 crore of Exchangeable Premium Bonds (EPBs), at a yield to maturity (YTM) of 15.10% for a tenure of seven years with financial institutions, banks, insurance companies and corporates. TIL has a right to retain oversubscription of upto Rs 100 crore.
Taurus Starshare overhauls portfolio ahead of conversion
Taurus Starshare has completely overhauled the portfolio on the eve of its convesrion to an open-end fund. The net asset value of the fund, which has been languishing below Rs 4.5 for most part of 1998, has seen a steady rise to Rs 5.32 as on January 13, 1999.
IDBI to enter capital market; H1 net at Rs 9 crore
IDBI Bank's Rs 72-crore maiden public issue is expected to boost its capital adequacy ratio to 13.5% from 9.08% as on September 30, 1998. The issue will open for subscription on February 9, 1999.
