Carryforward rates hover around 16 per cent on Mumbai bourse
The annualised carryforward rates on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) moved in the range of 16-18 per cent for the week ended March 4. The markets have entered a bull phase, said brokers.
Skindia GDR Index rises 64 points
The combined effect of a capital market-friendly budget and a reduction in interest rates by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) saw the Skindia GDR Index moved up by a substantial 64.34 points for the week ended March 5 to close at 643.64 points.
