ICICI asks DLF Universal to take arm's Rs 130 cr debt on its books
ICICI, as part of its drive to reduce non-performing assets (NPAs), has asked the Delhi-based DLF Universal to take over institutional debt worth Rs 130 crore of its ailing subsidiary DLF Cement on its books.
BPL jumps over EU tariff wall; kicks off CTV output in Europe
BPL has kicked off manufacture of CTVs in Europe in association with a strategic local partner. It plans to sell the 50,000 CTVs produced in alliance with the European partner (whom the company did not identify) in the EU during the next fiscal.
Fascel mulls legal action against DoT over encashment of bank guarantee
The Hinduja group's cellular venture in the country, Fascel, is set for a face-off with the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). This is consequent to the telecom authority encashing a Rs 163 crore bank guarantee of the Gujarat cellular licensee on Wednesday.
