Kelkar tells ADB not to alter loan commitments mid-way

United States on Saturday said it would haul India to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) over New Delhi's auto policy.
Exports recover ground in March, post cumulative growth of 3.7%
Exports have finally started looking up with the month of March registering a growth rate of 10.07% and thus pushing up the cumulative export growth figure for the fiscal 1998-99 to 3.7% as against 2.6% recorded in the previous financial year.
