CK Birla buys out US ally stake in Birla Horizons International
The CK Birla group has bought the 50% stake of its US partner in the IT solutions joint venture, Birla Horizons International. The seven-year-old company, now renamed Birlasoft, has chalked out plans for increasing its turnover.
