BSE introduces `Z group' companies

Mumbai, Jun 14: The Mumbai Stock Exchange (BSE) has decided to introduce a new `Z group' in which equity shares of 25 companies would be placed who have not complied with and are in breach of several provisions of the listing agreement. Trading in these scrips will commence from July but the exact date would be announced in due course, a BSE release said.The following are 25 companies to be placed in `Z group'. A N Global Ltd (scrip code 12225), Adcon Capital Serv (11670), Agritech Hatcheries and Foods (23361), Air Command India (23421), Aircommand Airtechnics (26189), Alliance Capital & Fin Serv (7964), Apls Labs (26003), Ambuja Agro Inds (19164), Ambuja Flour Mills (19142), Amie Power (13101), Amethi Textiles (21024), Ampro Products (19345), Anmol Dairy (19510), Arcadio Mercantile Capital (31160), Archit Holdings and Credits (32111), Arrow Securities (31448), Arun Agro Products (31777), Asahi Construction and Hsg Fin Co (12535), Asha Agro Inds (26309), Asiatic Infra. and Shelters (30861), ASR Agro(31643), Atlas Soya Proteins (19067), Atulya Trades and Agencies (12119), Auroknit Exports (India) Ltd (12561) and Avikem Resins (23784).
