BancAmerica may drag DSQ promoter to court
BancAmerica Equity Partners is contemplating legal action against DSQ Software's promoter Dinesh Dalmia for misrepresenting in the term-sheet for the company's private placement.

Tatas dematerialise part-stake in ACC
The Tatas have joined the ranks of promoters of Infosys and Wipro in dematerialising their holdings. The Tatas have kicked off the process by dematerialising close to 75% of their 14% in the cement major ACC.

Ratan Tata to forgo salary from Telco
Telco chairman Ratan Tata will not be drawing his salary from the automobile company in the current financial year. Effective April 1, 1999, his remuneration will be paid only by group holding company, Tata Sons.
