Cement back in focus; Sensex up 33 points
Tuesday was the day of the cement stocks on the markets. Gujarat Ambuja Cement, ACC, L&T, Madras Cement all ended the day's trading with handsome gains and most of these stocks were on the upper end of the circuit on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
RIL preference share issue gets highest safety rating from Crisil
The Credit Rating Information Services of India Ltd (Crisil) on Tuesday has assigned a `pfAAA' rating to the proposed Rs 300 crore preference share issue of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL).
Markets seem set to stabilise
With the inevitable technical correction now having well and truly set in, markets seem set to stabilise and display sideways movements for a while.
