Sony India has expanded its range of computer monitors with two new models: CPD-L133 and CPD-L150, the first of their kind in the thin film transistor, TFT-LCD category. Sony already has 4 models in the 15 to 21 inch multiscan category. TFT-LCD technology gives superior image performance in a flexible compact design which occupies minimum space for operation. These monitors consume 70 per cent less power than conventional monitors and are free from electromagnetic interference, which creates a healthy working environment, claims the company. The products come with a one-year warranty.

Keeping out the air

Evernova Enterprises Private Ltd., has launched Evernova 100% Air Tight Containers across the country. The product comes in four sizes - 0.6, 1.1, 1.7 and 2.5 litres. The retail price ranges from Rs 399 to Rs 699. According to the company release, the USP of the range is an invisible double-air pump system, called `Air seal'.

Sandpiper introduces strong beer in Delhi

Close on the heels of its launch in Haryana, Maharashtra and Rajasthan, Inertia Industries Ltd has introduced Sandpiper Premium Strong Beer in Delhi. This is being supported by an outdoor campaign called `Its Fuel. And you're Fire.' The product comes in amber bottles (650 ml) with a red foil label and champagne foil on the top, as in Sandpiper Gold Lager Beer's premium packaging. Inertia now plans to introduce the brand in the north-east, Bihar, Orissa and Chandigarh.
