VSNL to list on NYSE in May first week
Videsh Sanchar Nigam Ltd (VSNL) has decided to list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in the first week of May.

Sahara Parivar finally ready to embrace shareholders
Sahara Group is in the process of taking over an existing listed company and merge it with group company Sahara Sanchar Limited — which is currently a closely-held television software company — sources close to the deal revealed.

SSI GDR oversubscribed 16 times
The $87-million GDR issue of SSI Ltd, has been oversubscribed 16 times. This does not include the greenshoe option of $13 million. Each GDS represents 0.1 equity share and will be listed on the London Stock Exchange.
