Samsonite girds the planet In a bid to promote its popular brand-Samsonite- Samtain Sales Limited has launched a nationwide print campaign on April 23, 2000. Created by TBWA Anthem Private Ltd, the visually- appealing campaign highlights the superior quality of the brand. Says Kurien Mathews, managing director, TBWA: ``Our objective is to exhort people to tavel, naturally with Samsonite. So our ad strategy was to reinforce the global leadership of the brand in our communications.'' Hence the headline reads: ``It's your planet. Check it out.''According to Kurien, the agency will shortly launch an outdoor media campaign to push the brand in the over-crowded category. As for media plans, the agency has released the campaign in all leading magazines and dailies across the nation. Wellaton is hair now To announce the launch of Wellaton Hair Colours, European Hair Cosmetics has unveiled a multi-media campaign across the nation. Targeted at the premium segment, the campaign highlights the merits of the international brand. Handled by TBWA Anthem, the campaign includes a series of press advertisements and TVCs.
