Hudco to expand its business across the country

Pune, Nov 11: After meeting with success in the big cities, the Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd (Hudco) is expanding its retail presence in the housing finance business across the country. Hudco Nivas' retail housing finance products are also being embellished with further value additions. "We have achieved the fastest growth rate in the housing finance retail market with sanctions of Rs 1,548 crores and disbursals of Rs 1,284 crore in 18 months time," Hudco chairman and managing director V Suresh said. Apart from the housing loan component, Hudco is planning to link it with finance for implementing non-conventional energy and water conservation systems.
