Worried Dabhol lenders to meet on MSEB crisis A formal meeting of Dabhol Power Co's lenders is on the cards. The trigger point for the meeting is the slippage on the part of the MSEB in paying for the power offtake from DPC since the beginning of this calendar year. Dabhol Power to get into another legal battle For Dabhol Power Company, it could be yet another legal battle in the offing if the Maharashtra government ultimately decides to scrap the Dabhol phase-II (1,444 mw). Currently, DPC is battling to seek justice in as many as 12 court cases.
