Summit Infotech to offload 15% to strategic partner
Delhi-based IT software and services company Summit Infotech is scouting for strategic investment partners to offload up to 15 per cent of its equity by mid-2001. Global infotech giants Cisco and IBM on Wednesday announced their alliance with the institute of management technology, Ghaziabad, for rolling out the latter's IT network. "Under the alliance, Cisco has appointed IMT as a local networking academy for providing networking equipment. The company would also extend its network academy programme to offer IT training to the students of the institute, as part of the tie-up," Mr Rajeev Chopra, marketing head, Cisco India, said in New Delhi.
