Five seeds fail to sprout on People's Sunday

[Details] Wayne Ferreira became the only men's seed to fall when he lost to France's Cedric Pioline 4-6, 3-6, 3-6 in the third round. On the women's side, there was a major shake-out of the seeds, ranging from sixth seeded South African Amanda Coetzer to the 14th seeded Brenda Schultz-McCarthy even as the second seed Monica Seles came back from a set down to quell the challenge of Kristina Brandi of the United States.

Paes-Bhupathi bow out

[Details] The 20th best pair in the world played like a duo which was 20th from the bottom. And naturally, they cannot be expected to win.
