Curfew clamped in Yavatmal

NAGPUR, July 24: Authorities have clamped curfew in five localities of Yavatmal town which observed a bandh against the desecration of the idol of Hanuman. The police opened fire today to disperse a violent mob protesting against the desecration at Yavatmal, 160 km from here. Sources said that the police fired two rounds, injuring three persons.
