US to appoint coordinator for Tibet

In a move that is bound to raise hackles in Beijing and delight Tibetans, the United States will soon appoint a ``special coordinator'' to oversee American policy towards Tibet.

SC puts onus of minors' maintenance on father
The Supreme Court has ruled that the children of Muslim parents are entitled to maintenance till they attain majority or are able to maintain themselves (whichever is earlier) and in the case of daughters, till they get married.
