CHENNAI, July 30: Vocalist Vairamangalam Lakshminarayanan has been chosen for the International Foundation for Carnatic Music's Musician Benevolent Fund (IFCM MBF) award for this year. The IFCM was founded in 1990 by Chitravina exponent, Ravikiran to promote and popularise the Carnatic music both in India and abroad.
