The unholy nexus

[Details] The Election Commission's resolve to ensure that no law-breaker becomes a law-maker is laudable. But it is doubtful if our law-makers possess the political will to achieve this lofty objective. Almost all political parties have stressed the need for more stringent laws to prevent the entry of criminals to the Central and state legislatures.
