Gujral rebuffs US President

Prime Minister I K Gujral has said no to a White House suggestion that he advance his visit to the USA by a week so that he can meet President Bill Clinton. Gujral is scheduled to visit New York to address the 52nd session of the United Nations (UN) Assembly on September 30.
