[Details] Despite major improvements in its arsenal since the end of the 1991 war against Iraq, America's ability to burrow into Saddam Hussein's weapons bunkers and destroy chemical or biological stocks remains severely limited. US military experts fear Baghdad is using the absence of the inspections to hide its chemical and biological weapons out of range of most of their bombs.
