Russia calls for closure of Iraq nuclear file

[Details] Russia called on the United Nations to certify that Iraq no longer had a nuclear capability as a first step towards the lifting of seven-year-old sanctions. The move came after a closed-door emergency meeting of the UN Special Commission (UNSCOM) called to discuss possible changes in the UN arms inspections in Iraq.
