Low-key film festival shows houseful signs
The festival authorities had to put up a "Houseful Board" outside the Tata Theatre on Monday as the rush at the second screening of Govind Nihalani's Hazar Chaurasi Ki Maa became uncontrollable. Though the film was shown on the inaugural day, several delegates missed the screening due to limited invitations.

The Maharashtra government of is set to launch a year-long AIDS awareness campaign involving 247 state labour welfare boards on International AIDS day, December 1 in collaboration with a non-governmental organisation (NGO) Indian Health Organisation. Addressing a press conference on Thursday, Minister of State for Labour and Housing Raj Purohit said that another week-long AIDS awareness campaign will be flagged off on December 1 with the immolation of an effigy of the AIDS virus in the form of the snake `Anaconda'.
