Jaspal Rana did India proud as he equalled the Asian Games record to win a gold in his favourite centre fire pistol event scoring 589/600 in the 2nd Commonwealth Shooting Championship in Langkawi, Malaysia, on Thursday. Shalpi Singh, a standard 12th student, making her debut in an international event, won a silver in the women's air pistol event shooting 379/400.
