Ram rajya will triumph over Rome rajya, avers Munde

The Congress will be routed in Maharashtra in the coming Lok Sabha elections, Deputy Chief Minister and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Gopinath Munde said in Aurangabad on Wednesday. He said that the Congress party's lack of credibility and absence of a charismatic leader would hamper the Congress' chances in the forthcoming polls.

The bureaucracy must stand "firm and direct" to ensure that partisan interests are not served in the run-up to the general elections, feels Cabinet Secretary T S R Subramanian.
