Govt stalling HDW deal probe: CBI

[Details] Probe into the Rs 420-crore HDW submarine deal, allegedly involving several politicians and bureaucrats, yesterday took an interesting turn when the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) informed the Delhi high court that the Union government had turned down its plea seeking details of kickbacks to the Swiss and German authorities.
