Muslim parties to put up united fight

[Details] The recently-formed Milli Jamhoori Mahas (MJM), a Muslim democratic front comprising the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM), the Indian Union Muslim League (IUML) and the All India Muslim Majlis (AIMM) have decided to contest the ensuing elections to Lok Sabha unitedly to combat the increasing threat of the BJP and the Sangh parivar.

Bhuria too joins BJP bandwagon

[Details] The Congress suffered a body blow as its five-term Member of Parliament Dilip Singh Bhuria announced that he was quitting the party to join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) yesterday and blamed the AICC chief Sitaram Kesri for it fair-and-square.
