  CBI to probe Cogentrix
The Karnataka High Court on Friday ordered a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the alleged kickbacks in the setting up of the Rs 4200 crore coal-based power plant by Cogentrix Engineering at Mangalore.

Bhansali gets bail
C R Bhansali, CRB Capital Markets' chairman and managing director was today released on Rs 5,000 bail by Special Sessions Judge R S Dalvi. He was held in connection with a Rs 2.43 crore cheating case involving the Bank of Baroda.
