George witnesses Naval exercises on high seas
Union Defence Minister George Fernandes told officers and men of the Indian navy that the country had many challenges before it, some of which had been thrown at it by the nuclear powers and by neighbours, in the wake of India's nuclear tests. He was addressing naval personnel on the high seas after witnessing naval exercises held in the Arabia Sea on Monday and Tuesday.
