Fire due to acid leak at Ranbaxy

S A S NAGAR, June 21: Fear gripped Mohali villagers following smoke caused by acid leakage in the local unit of Ranbaxy _ a medicine manufacturing company _ located in Phase I of the township.Soon after receiving the information of suspected fire, two fire tenders of the Mohali Fire Brigade rushed to the site and brought the situation under control within a hour, the fire officials said.
