Dhami's wife protests police harassment

EXPRESS NEWS SERVICE
CHANDIGARH, June 21: The wife of one of the accused in the Burail Jail-break conspiracy, Kulbir Kaur, along with her three daughters, today sat in dharna outside the residence of Punjab Chief Minister, demanding an end to police harassment and cancellation of the FIR registered against her by the Punjab Police in an alleged case of involvement in terrorist activities.

Her husband, Kamaljit Singh Dhami, was arrested by the Chandigarh police in the Burail jail-break case last week. Kulbir, who said that she has already spent three-and-a-half years in jail, demanded a written guarantee from the Punjab CM that she will not be arrested or harassed by the police.
