Shiv Kumar (Murad Nagar) won the men's 5 km event with a time of 16:42 secs in the Otto Peltzer road races on Sunday. Dharaveer (Yamuna Comples) with 17:34 and S.K.Rana (SMG) with 17:58 finished second and third respectively.
