NEW DELHI, July 10: The body of a spectacles manufacturer was found on Thursday morning in his house with his genitals cut off. DCP (north-west) Satyendra Garg said on Thursday that Kishen Lal, a resident of sector 17 in Rohini was an alcoholic. DCP Garg quoting Lal's wife said that on Wednesday night he returned home drunk and went off to sleep immediately.``She said when she tried could not revive him, she called the neighbours. They noticed a minor injury on his head and was bleeding from waist below,'' he said. They found that his genitals had been cut off. DCP Garg said Sunita denied all knowledge about this.
